Refund Policy

PeculiarDigitalHub sells digital products — printable ADHD focus puzzles, nature healing cards, and academy courses — delivered as instant downloads. Because these products are digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final by default. This policy explains the limited cases where a refund or replacement applies.

Digital downloads (puzzles & cards)

If your puzzle or card PDF is corrupted, unreadable, or did not arrive after a successful payment, email hello@peculiardigitalhub.com within 14 days with your order number and we will send a working replacement file free of charge. If we cannot deliver a working file, we will issue a full refund.

Academy courses

Academy courses are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if you have completed fewer than 20% of the lessons and have not yet downloaded a completion certificate. Once a certificate is issued, the course is considered delivered and is no longer refundable.

Subscriptions (AI agents)

Monthly agent subscriptions are cancel-anytime from your dashboard via the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial months once a billing cycle has started, but you will never be charged again after cancelling.

How to request

Email hello@peculiardigitalhub.com with your order number, the product, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution.
